Almondvale Accountancy’s mission is to deliver a local personal service to local personal businesses in the Lothians. Almondvale Acountancy is conveniently located in Broxburn, West Lothian close to Livingston, Bathgate and Edinburgh.

We aim to deliver a personal service at reasonable cost. We are able to do this as we operate with low overheads, having invested in software which significantly reduces billable time. We doubt that we will be beaten on cost for a similar service and would be pleased to offer an estimate at a free initial meeting.

We are able to meet most of your compliance needs such as annual accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companys and the related self assessment tax returns. We can offer a payroll bureau service to take the pain out of paying your employees.

We have experience in the Charitable and Not for Profit sector, Manufacturing, Nursing Homes, Motor Trade, E'Commerce Businesses,Construction Industry, Retail and the Licensed Trade. We also offer a cost effective service to Personal Service Limited Companies.

We welcome new start ups and are available to offer initial advice and a business planning service.

Our speciality is to support you in your own premises where you may already have an accounting system and accounts staff or are considering computerising your accounts function and need some assistance setting it up and training your staff. We are able to visit your premises monthly if required to prepare monthly management reports giving you much more control over your business. It also means that any mistakes made by you or your accounts staff are picked up on and corrected as they arise. This service is not as expensive as you may think and in some cases does not cost any more to have a monthly visit and your annual returns prepared than you are currently paying for annual accounts. We will tailor the service to meet your requirements.
